One of the advantages of using well-being \r\nof work questionnaires is the possibility of comparing and analyzing data statistically\r\n and evaluating the progress of organizations over time.\r\n<strong>Well-being survey Work<\/strong>\r\n well-being surveys are also used as an effective tool in measuring and evaluating the well-being of employees.\r\n In these surveys, employees answer various questions about their level of satisfaction with working conditions, \r\nwork environment, advancement opportunities and financial benefits, etc. The information obtained \r\nfrom work well-being surveys allows managers to take a more comprehensive look at the problems and needs of employees in their work environment\r\n and find better ways to improve the level of well-being of employees.
